Covid-19 has our admissions process looking a bit different this year, but we will always promise you a top notch, personal experience! Come visit our historic 115 acre campus, and meet students, administration, teachers, staff and coaches by taking an Official Visit

Can students shadow and parents tour?

Unfortunately, as our state is currently in phase 4 of the Governor's Covid-19 plan, traditional shadow days and parent tours are NOT permitted during the school day. However, we have designed a unique experience allowing you to receive a full campus tour by one of our students. Please see the details below:

Sign up for an Official Visit timeslot. We will be strictly capping the number of families touring during a given slot and will strictly need to adhere to our schedule. No walk in tours are permitted- they must be scheduled in advance.

You will participate in a student led tour of campus. We will work to pair your family with a student ambassador with similar interests to your prospective student. Your Official Visit will include a full walking tour of campus, as well as many opportunities to meet administration, teachers, coaches, and students. You will be able to visit facilities, classrooms, and the many historical and unique aspects of our campus that make us such an incredible place!

In addition to your prospective student, each family may bring up to two additional guests (preferably parents of the prospective student).

Facial coverings will be required to be worn by your group, our student tour guides, and our faculty present on campus during your visit.

Please expect the tour to last one to one and a half hours long. Please dress weather appropriate and comfortable in your footwear as the tour is walking, and will include a lot of time outdoors. We ask the prospective students to be dressed in business casual attire for their visit (dress pants, polo, shirt or tie for young men; dress pants, skirt, dress for young women).

After you sign up for your Official Visit, you will receive a confirmation and detailed information on your visit emailed to you from our admissions staff.

One on One with the Admissions Staff!

Many times, parents like to meet with us to discuss their child or sensitive topics prior to bringing them for a visit. We welcome any chance we get to speak with parents and further acquaint them with the opportunities St. Mary's has for their child.

While phase 4 of the Return to School plan does not allow guests in our buildings during the school day, we can easily accommodate this by scheduling a Zoom call, or conference call with you. Please reach out to Candace or Matt in admissions to set something up!
