Transfer Student Enrollment Opportunities

The opportunity for a student to transfer into St. Mary’s Prep is based on current enrollment and space availability within the class. We consider transfer students at two points during the year: the start of the school year in August and mid-year in January, if openings permit.

MICHIGAN HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION (MHSAA) TRANSFER RULES

If your child participates in high school athletics, or is interested in doing so, it is important that you are aware of the MHSAA

*Only under unique circumstances as decided upon by school administration would Senior transfer (12th grade) be considered for admissions*

MHSAA

Transfer students are NOT required to take a placement exam. Transfer students are accepted based on their current high school academic performance, behavioral records, and interview with the Admissions team, Headmaster, and grade level academic dean.
