Pathways
Three levels. One diploma.
Placed by readiness, subject by subject, and looked at again every year. No one carries an eighth-grade label for four years.
Honors Path
Accelerated / Honors
Honors sections that move faster and go deeper, subject by subject.
For students ready to move faster and work at greater depth in selected subjects.
AP + College Credit
Advanced College Studies
AP courses, plus college classes for credit through Lawrence Tech and Madonna University.
For students prepared for AP and college-level coursework while still in high school.
Students may take coursework across levels when appropriate.
The classroom
Challenge is only useful when someone is paying attention.
Any school can make the work harder. What matters is who notices when your child is coasting, and who notices when they’re sinking — before the report card does. Our teachers can, because our classes are small enough to know every student’s work, not just every student’s name. That’s what lets us push: a student who is known can be challenged, and moved up the day the work says they’re ready.
