School-Day Open House
Parents of 7th and 8th graders · 8:30 – 10:00 AM
Thirty minutes with school leadership. Then a student walks you through the building while classes are in session.
Shadow Day
8th grade students · 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
Spend the school day beside a current student—classes, lunch, campus and the moments in between.
Preview Night
7th & 8th grade families · Date-specific
Preview Night and Academic Open House give students and parents a shared introduction to St. Mary’s.

When dropping off or picking up your child, please do not:
Upon entering our lot, please park in the lot immediately to the right.
Parents are welcome to come inside to say hello and send off their child or simply drop them off—whatever is most comfortable for your family.
If you requested a specific student host, we will make every effort to honor that request. However, host assignments are based on several factors and cannot be guaranteed.
Your child will learn the name of their host upon arrival on Shadow Day.
Students currently attending a Catholic grade school may wear their school uniform. All other students should follow the dress code below:

Please note that students who arrive out of dress code will not be permitted to participate in the Shadow Day.
Our campus requires students to move between buildings throughout the day. Please ensure your child is dressed appropriately for the weather. During the winter months, coats, boots, and other winter gear are essential.
Please pick up your child at 1:00 p.m. at the Admissions Office.
