Understand how need-based aid works, which dates matter and who can answer questions about your family’s situation while the next tuition schedule is being finalized.
Two of them lower what you pay. One changes when you pay it. Most families use more than one, and you can use all three.

$1,500 to $10,000 a year for incoming ninth graders, and most of it is automatic: apply, take the HSPT, and you’re considered. The Founders Scholarship — $10,000, top three applicants in each division — needs both done by December 17. Parent Educator and First Responder awards ($8,000 a year) take one separate form.

One application through SSS, school code 6830. It covers tuition; SSS calculates, our committee decides. Complete it by January 1 and the decision is inside your January acceptance. Archdiocesan aid is a separate program — we’ll point you to it, but we can’t answer for it.

Through FACTS: one, two, or twelve payments. You choose the plan once scholarships and aid are on your account. We don’t ask you to commit at the full price and sort it out later.

Whatever combination fits your family, one thing is the same for everyone: your exact number arrives with your acceptance in January.

Financial aid
If paying full tuition would be difficult for your family, we encourage you to submit an aid application. Eligibility depends on your family’s circumstances; one income number does not tell the whole story.
Scholarships are awarded according to stated scholarship criteria. Need-based aid is based on a family’s financial circumstances. A family may qualify for both.
Admission and aid are separate deadlines. Begin the aid application early enough to complete it by the priority date.
Enrollment decisions are due February 5, 2027. The $1,500 enrollment deposit is required by February 12, 2027 and is credited toward your total tuition.

Aid decisions stay between your family and Admissions. Teachers, coaches, and classmates never see them. Call before you apply, while you’re applying, or after your number arrives. One rule: never email financial documents. SSS is the secure place for those, and it’s the only place we’ll ever ask.
