This site is run by the admissions office of Orchard Lake St. Mary’s Preparatory. Here is what it collects, and why.

When you inquire, RSVP, or book a visit, we ask a parent or guardian for their name, email and — optionally — a mobile number, plus the student’s first name and entering grade. We use it to respond to you, to confirm and remind you about events you registered for, and to keep one record of your family’s contact with admissions. We do not ask for a student’s date of birth, ethnicity, religion, citizenship, or your home address at inquiry, and we collect nothing directly from students under thirteen.

Text messages are sent only if you tick the box asking for them. Emails confirming something you did are transactional; anything else you can leave at any time.

Your details are stored in our own database and shared with the school’s admissions system and our email provider so that a person can follow up. We record the page and campaign that brought you here so we know which of our efforts families find useful. Advertising measurement uses hashed identifiers, never your plain email.

Raw form submissions are deleted after twenty-four months. To see, correct, or remove your information, email the admissions office.
